Job Description
- Marketing the Company's real estate products.
- Develop marketing plans and generate leads for the Lusaka office.
- Plan, organise, execute and analyse digital campaigns, events, social media engagement, content marketing and other programmes to drive new business.
- Assist with sales presentations, demos, case studies, and partner co-marketing.
- Manage marketing budget.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- 2 years experience in direct marketing/Advertising.

- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

2.  MARKETING ASSISTANT - LIVINGSTONE
Job Description
- Marketing Central Estates website management products.
- Develop marketing plans and generate leads for the Livingstone office.
- Plan, organise, execute and analyse digital campaigns, events, social media engagement, content marketing and other programmes to drive new business.
- Assist with sales presentations, demos, case studies, and partner co-marketing.
- Manage the marketing budget.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities.
- Visiting existing clients.
- Coordination with other IT companies in Livingstone.
- Collection of information from clients for updating customer websites.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- 1 year experience in direct marketing/Advertising, preferably IT related products.
- Certificate in Marketing or related qualifications.
- Knowledge of the IT products and Microsoft Office Tools.
- Ability to travel and promote company products at selected social events.

Job Description
- Responsible for managing the Kitwe and Livingstone Offices operations..
- Managing basic finance such as budgets, accounts receivable, payable and Petty cash..
- Plan, organise, execute and analyse digital campaigns, events, social media engagement, content marketing and other programmes to drive new business.
- Assist with sales presentations, demos, case studies, and partner co-marketing activities.
- Calender and human resource administration.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competition and new opportunities.
- Invoicing and delivering cheques to Customers.
- Coordination with other organisations.
- Secretarial Duties.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- 1 year experience in a busy office.
- Certificate in Business Administration or related qualifications.
- Ability to operate office machines (Computer, Copier, Binding Machine etc).
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
